"BIENESTAR" RESIDENCE FOR MR. FREDERICK S. WHEELER, PALM BEACH, FLORIDA


  "Bienestar" (Well Being). Designed by Marion Sims Wyeth in 1924, this forty-room mansion was owned by Frederick Seymour Wheeler of American Can Company. With additions, converted into six condominiums in 1987 winning the Robert Ballinger Award for developer Robert T. Eigelberger. Click THIS LINK to see an aerial view from 1968.
